What type of license do I need to rent a scooter?

All you need is a valid driver’s license! Florida does not require a motorcycle endorsement to operate our 50cc scooters. However, a learner’s permit or driver’s license permit does not qualify.
Is there an age restriction for renting a scooter?

To rent a scooter, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
Do I need to wear a helmet while riding the scooter?

We strongly recommend that our customers wear the complimentary DOT approved helmets provided with every rental.
Where can I ride, are there limitations?

Yes, there are restrictions on where you can operate the scooter. You may ride only on Highway 30A and designated side streets where the speed limit does not exceed 35 MPH. However, operation is strictly prohibited in the following areas: US Highway 98 (including sidewalks along the highway) Sidewalks, bike paths, and pedestrian walkways Restricted town areas (Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach – only Highway 30A is permitted) Point Washington State Forest (Scooters cannot be operated on roads, trails, or paths within Point Washington State Forest). However, you’re welcome to park in the designated lot and explore the trails on foot. Beaches & beach access areas Always follow local regulations to ensure a safe and legal ride. Check out the Local Links page on our website for an interactive map of 30A’s beach towns. Roads where low-speed vehicles (golf carts and scooters) are prohibited are highlighted in red.
How does the delivery process work?

All rentals have a minimum duration of 24 hours. We offer free delivery and pick up at your location within the 30A area. You should expect deliveries by 9am.
Can I rent a scooter for just one day?

All rentals are a minimum of 24 hours. If you wish to extend your experience, days can possibly be arranged based on availability. Call 850-822-4992 for reservation changes. If rentals are wanted for less than 24 hours, our standard 24-hour rate will still apply.
What if I'm staying at a vacation rental? Can you deliver there?

Yes, we provide the convenience of delivering the scooter to your vacation rental address. If staying in a gated community, a gate code must be provided.
What is included in the rental price?

Our rental price includes the scooter, safety helmet, and delivery. You'll have everything you need for an enjoyable ride.
Can I rent a scooter for a week?

Certainly, we offer weekly rentals at a discounted rate.
What is the fuel policy for the scooters?

Our scooters are provided with a full tank of fuel, and you do not need to refuel at the end of your rental. However, if you need to get gas, the scooters require premium (at least 91 octane) fuel. Good news is they only need 1 gallon to fill.
